Hinoura: The Hinoura forge is run by none other than Tsukasa Hinoura, one of the most famous master blacksmiths in Japan, now in its third generation. With over 50 years of professional experience, Tsukasa-san has been able to continually develop his creativity. His knives are works of art that are sought after all over the world.

His son, Mutsumi-san, belongs to the 4th generation and is already a very skilled and sought-after knife maker. I am happy to be able to offer his knives.
