Good knives need good boards!

The black version is an aesthetic development of the classic yellow board and is particularly suitable for the home. Using a rubber-plastic board offers several great advantages:
- Asahi boards are gentle on knives . They have a wood-like texture and provide good feedback.
- Another big plus point is the scratch and wear resistance. In a test after 50,000 cuts in the in-house laboratory, the plastic board showed a 66% lower wear depth than conventional boards.
- Stability . Asahi cutting boards are heavy, they do not slide around on the work surface.
These cutting boards are not dishwasher safe.
Furthermore, the use of saws and chopping knives is not recommended as these can damage the surface.
